We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. IELTS Smart does not guarantee specific exam results; any band score improvements depend on individual effort and other factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing our premium content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

For any paid services (courses, mock test feedback, etc.), refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 30% of the course content has been accessed. Please contact us for refund requests.
