30-Day English Thinking Challenge
Day 1:
🔹 Look around your room. Name 5 objects in English (chair, table, book, etc.) — no Urdu allowed.
Day 2:
🔹 Describe your morning routine in English (e.g., I wake up. I brush my teeth.). Keep it simple.
Day 3:
🔹 Choose 3 foods you like. Say them aloud in English. Then make one short sentence about each.
Day 4:
🔹 Look outside your window. Say 5 things you see in English (tree, car, people walking).
Day 5:
🔹 Record yourself saying: “Today I feel ___ because ___.” Fill in with English words only.
Day 6:
🔹 Choose 5 new English words. Use them in your own short sentences (don’t translate).
Day 7:
🔹 Imagine you’re buying tea/coffee. Say the conversation in English (both sides!).
Day 8:
🔹 Describe your favorite person in English using 3 adjectives (kind, smart, funny).
Day 9:
🔹 Count from 1–20 in English without stopping. Then try backward (20–1).
Day 10:
🔹 Before sleeping, say 3 things you did today — all in English.
Day 11:
🔹 Watch any object (like your phone). Say: “This is my phone. My phone is black. I use it every day.”
Day 12:
🔹 Imagine you’re meeting someone new. Practice: “Hello, my name is ___. Nice to meet you.”
Day 13:
🔹 Think of 3 feelings (happy, tired, excited). Use them in simple sentences.
Day 14:
🔹 Stand in front of a mirror. Introduce yourself in English for 1 minute.
Day 15:
🔹 Make a “shopping list” of 5 things — all in English words.
Day 16:
🔹 Describe today’s weather in 2–3 English sentences.
Day 17:
🔹 Pretend you’re at a restaurant. Order food in English (out loud).
Day 18:
🔹 Choose 5 verbs (eat, go, play, read, sleep). Make 1 sentence with each.
Day 19:
🔹 Watch a short clip (movie/YouTube) without subtitles. Write down 3 English words you catch.
Day 20:
🔹 Say aloud: “I can ___ but I can’t ___.” (Example: I can cook but I can’t drive.).
Day 21:
🔹 Practice asking 3 simple questions: What’s your name? Where are you from? How are you?
Day 22:
🔹 Talk about your favorite food in 3 English sentences.
Day 23:
🔹 Set a timer. Think in English for 2 minutes — describe whatever comes to mind.
Day 24:
🔹 Practice giving directions: Go straight. Turn left. Turn right.
Day 25:
🔹 Imagine you’re at the market. Say 3 questions you’d ask the shopkeeper.
Day 26:
🔹 Choose 5 things you see now. Make 1 full sentence about each in English.
Day 27:
🔹 Think of tomorrow. Say: “Tomorrow I will ___.” Make 3 sentences.
Day 28:
🔹 Pretend you’re calling a friend. Say: “Hello! How are you? Let’s meet tomorrow.”
Day 29:
🔹 Spend 5 minutes thinking ONLY in English. Don’t allow Urdu in your mind.
Day 30: 🎉
🔹 Record yourself speaking in English for 1–2 minutes. Compare it with Day 1. Feel the difference!
