📌 What is Subject-Verb Agreement?

Rule: The subject and verb must agree in number.
یعنی فاعل (subject) اور فعل (verb) کی تعداد ایک جیسی ہونی چاہیے۔


Basic Rules – بنیادی اصول

  1. He / She / It takes 's' or 'es' with verbs.
    💡 Example:

    • He plays cricket.
      وہ کرکٹ کھیلتا ہے۔
    • She goes to school.
      وہ اسکول جاتی ہے۔
  2. I / You / We / They do not take 's' or 'es' with verbs.
    💡 Example:

    • I play cricket.
      میں کرکٹ کھیلتا ہوں۔
    • They go to school.
      وہ اسکول جاتے ہیں۔
